Female
Hormone Test By using a sample of saliva, the Female Hormone self test Kit measures the active levels of the hormones Estradiol, Progesterone and Testosterone. This test is suitable for women who are still experiencing a menstrual cycle. Imbalances in these hormones can influence symptoms such as:
PMS, menstrual irregularities, reduced fertility, reduced libido, mood changes, anxiety,
weight gain, memory loss, reduced muscle strength, bone loss and fluid retention.
Self-Test kits
contain:

instructions on how and when to collect your
saliva sample
- Sterile
collection tube with an identification label
- A reply paid envelope to send the kit to the lab for analysis
Samples are sent to the NLS lab for testing. All reports and client details remain confidential at all times. Test results are provided in a report format that compares hormone levels to age and gender specific hormone levels. Results are forwarded to the Healthy Nature Health Clinic for review by the naturopathic team. The clinic will contact you via email or phone with a copy of your report and information relating to any findings.

- This product can only be supplied to customers within Australia.
- If you are using hormone based contraceptives or Hormone replacement therapy, this test is not suitable for you. This includes: oral contraceptive pills, injections (e.g. Depo-Provera or Ralovera), implants (e.g. Implanon), vaginal rings, contraceptive patches, Interuterine Devices (e.g. Mirena) and all forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Mineral
and Toxic Test
Using a sample of hair, the Mineral & Toxic Element
Test will analyse the levels of mineral & heavy
metals in your body. The test kit accurately
measures the following eight minerals: Calcium,
Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium,
Iron (hair), Zinc. These minerals are of major
importance in health and disease, including
diabetes, reduced fertility, heart conditions, and osteoporosis.
The following four
toxic elements are also tested: Arsenic, Cadmium,
Lead, Mercury (hair).
Heavy metal toxicity
can arise by prolonged exposure to environmental
contamination and can cause a range of symptoms,
from headaches to muscle pains, tremors, dizziness,
depression and general neurological problems, among
others. Mercury toxicity can arise from drinking
contaminated tap water or even a high consumption of
fish with high mercury content or from leaching from
dental fillings. Lead toxicity can easily arise by
prolonged exposure to exhaust fumes, arsenic
toxicity or arsenic poisoning could comes from the
arsenic present in some paints and in industrial
waste, cadmium toxicity from cigarette smoke.

Imbalances in these hormones can influence symptoms such as: PMS, menstrual irregularities, reduced fertility, reduced libido, menopausal changes, mood changes, anxiety, stress, reduced energy, poor sleep patterns, weight gain, memory loss, reduced muscle strength, bone loss and fluid retention.

Thyroid Hormone Urinary Test Kit
A non-invasive hormone test kit used to assess thyroid hormone levels and function within the body - via analysis of a urinary sample.
The thyroid hormones tested will provide us with information about the levels of the bio-available hormones that are active within your body.
About the Kit
When ordered this kit will be posted to your home, from where; you can take your urinary sample. Detailed instructions will be included in your kit. These samples are then securely forwarded to the lab for analysis.
A Report of the findings will be back to our clinic for review. Hormones evaluated include FT3, FT4 and hormone ratios.
The report can take up to 15 days to get back to us. When received, your report will be analysed by our Naturopathic team. Feedback and a copy of the report will be forwarded onto you promptly.
Important - Please note:
- This Product is only available to our Australian Clients.
- This Test is not suitable if you are taking thyroid hormone replacement medications (e.g. Thyroxine, Oroxine)
