All pricing is displayed and processed in Australian dollars.
Delivery PolicyProgram Orders
When completed program delivery in in online format. Each patient will be contacted by email and directed to their secure online program file. Program information will be available for download from this secure file. We understand that patients are naturally keen to get started on improving their health. Delivery of a patients program is normally within 14 business days of completion of the questionnaire and receipt of payment. Every endeavour is made to complete programs in a shorter period of time where possible. Any queries please contact our clinic on 1300 133 536.
Nutrient Orders
Delivery by Australian Air Express, Australia Post or other courier service. Costs are stated on this site. Delivery within Australia is usually within 4 business days of receipt of order. Orders outside Australia allow 2 weeks plus. Any queries please contact our clinic on 1300 133 536. If there is a delay in delivery or the product that you ordered is not currently available, we will be in contact with you promptly.
Export and shipping restrictions may apply for some international countries for goods despatched. Company policy is to comply with these.
Customer service policy
We will provide notification to the customer within 2-3 business days if we are unable to fullfill an order.
